CHF goes 4-day week –
As an innovative and modern company, we have decided to introduce the 4-day week in a pilot project.
This change enables our team to organize their working hours more flexibly, which leads to a better work-life balance and greater satisfaction. We are convinced that happier employees contribute to more creative solutions and increased commitment.
This naturally has a positive impact not only on our employees, but also on our business partners. By reducing weekly working hours while maintaining the same order volume, our team will also continue to grow and expand due to new creative minds who will bring a new perspective and new ideas to our company.
From now on we are available Monday – Thursday from 7:30-16:00
